**Terms and Conditions for Embodied Tantra Facilitator Training 9-Month Programme**

**1. Introduction**
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the 9-Month Training Programme ("Programme") offered by Narayani LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

**2. Programme Overview**
The Programme includes online and mandatory in-person training ("Retreat"). Successful completion of both components is required to complete the Programme.

**3. Mandatory Retreat Attendance**
Attendance of the in-person part of the training is mandatory. If you can not attend the year of your graduating class, you have 2 years to complete to be certified. Failure to attend may result in incomplete participation in the Programme, and no certification or acknowledgement of completion will be granted.

**4. Non-Refundable Deposit**
A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required upon enrollment in the Programme. This deposit secures your place in the Programme and is not refundable under any circumstances.

**5. Cancellation Policy up until 90 days before the Training Begins**
- **Cancellation within 30 Days of Enrollment**: If you cancel within the first 30 days of enrolling, only the €500 deposit will be non-refundable. You will be eliminated from all pre-training activities.
- **Cancellation within 60 Days of Enrollment**: If you cancel within 60 days of enrolling, €1,000 will be non-refundable. You will be eliminated from all pre-training activities.
- **Cancellation within 90 Days of Enrollment**: If you cancel within 90 days of enrolling, the non-refundable fee is the cost of the online pre-training (€2,500), which includes the €500 deposit. You will retain access to the pre-training material.
- **Cancellation After 90 Days of Enrollment**: If you cancel after 90 days of enrollment but before the official training begins, the full deposit of €3,900 will be retained by Narayani LLC. Any payment plans will be stopped and reversed.

**6. Cancellation Policy Within 90 Days of the Official Training Start**
- If you cancel within 90 days before the official training starts, the full €3,900 is non-refundable.
- You will keep access to the online pre-training content.
- You may transfer your registration to another training by paying a new €500 deposit, which is valid for two years. You will receive a credit towards the next training and will be responsible for paying any difference in tuition costs.

**7. Cancellation After the Training Begins**
- **Within 30 Days After Training Begins**: If you cancel within the first 30 days after the training begins, 50% of the total tuition will be non-refundable. You will be removed from the current year's participant group but can keep access to the pre-training material. You will not receive the 8 months of continued educational training or certification.
- **Emergencies/Unforeseen Circumstances**: If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance prevents you from continuing the training, you may either:
1. Pause your participation and join the following year’s training, or
2. Cancel and forfeit 50% of the total tuition. This non-refundable amount will increase by €669 for each additional month of training participation.
- **In-Person Retreat Attendance**: If you miss more than three days of the in-person retreat due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, you may attend the following in-person training at no additional tuition cost. Certification will require attendance at the next year’s in-person training.

**8. Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of a Pandemic, Global/National Crisis, Government Regulations/Orders, Natural Disaster, Public Health Emergency and any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organiser that make it impractical or impossible to continue the program the in-person retreat will be rescheduled as soon as possible. The online course will continue as planned. Narayani LLC is not responsible for any flight or accommodation cancellations or costs. **

**10. Online Course Content**
The online course content is made available through our digital platform for the duration of the Programme. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.

**11. Intellectual Property Rights**
All materials provided in the Programme, including course content, videos, presentations, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Narayani LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes only.

**12. Copyright of Content**
All content provided in the Programme is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content without express written permission from Narayani LLC.

**13. Privacy Policy**
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the Programme will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Programme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

**14. Professional Advice Disclaimer**
The content and information provided in the Programme are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the information provided.

**15. Indemnity**
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Narayani LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your participation in the Programme or your breach of these Terms.

**16. Liability**
Narayani LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of your participation in the Programme. Your participation is at your own risk.

**17. Travel and Insurance for In-Person Training**
The in-person retreat is included in the programme's tuition without food and accommodation, which are paid separately. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel and health insurance for the in-person retreat.

**18. Reservation of Rights**
Narayani LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Programme, including these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Programme after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

**19. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Narayani LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

**20. Certification Requirements**
In order to receive certification, attendance at the in-person training is mandatory. No certification will be issued without completion of both the online and in-person components of the Programme.
